Weight by toilet partition material type:

Steel (Powder Coated & Stainless Steel) toilet partitions are the most lightweight material, as they have a honeycomb core. A standard 36″ wide door weighs 47 lbs.

Plastic Laminate toilet partitions are the second most lightweight material, as it has a particleboard core. A standard 36″ wide door weights 60 lbs.

Solid Plastic toilet partitions are the second heaviest material, as it has a solid high density polyethylene core. A standard 36″ wide door weights 75 lbs.

Phenolic toilet partitions are the most heavy toilet partition material type. A standard 36″ wide door weights 90 lbs.

 

Weight by toilet partition bracing style:

Floor mounted is the most lightweight toilet partition bracing style, as it has the shortest pilaster height.

Overhead Braced is slightly heavier than floor mounted style, as it has slightly taller pilasters for overhead bracing.

Ceiling hung is the second heaviest bracing style, however, it really depends on the ceiling height.

Floor to ceiling is the most heavy toilet partition bracing style, as it has the tallest pilaster height.

The heaviest toilet partition hardware are full height continuous wall brackets, full height continuous connecting brackets, and full height multicam hinge. All other standard non continuous toilet partition hardware weights significantly less, although provides much less privacy.
