Surface Mounted Paper Towel Dispenser shall be fabricated of 22-gauge type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8 and all exposed surfaces shall have a satin #4 finish. Towel dispensing slot shall have a fully hemmed-in rolled edge for snag-free dispensing (no tearing) and user safety. Dispenser door shall be attached to the bottom of unit with a stainless-steel piano hinge and shall be held closed with a lock keyed. Unit shall be provided with refill viewer slots on the front. Unit shall hold and dispense 475 standard multi-fold or 350 standard C-fold paper towels. Overall Dimensions: 11 1/4” W x 14 9/16” H x 4 1/8” D (285mm x 370mm x 105mm).

Surface Mounted Paper Towel Dispenser shall be Model #PTD-100 of Metpar Corporation, 95 State Street, Westbury, NY 11590.

Towels are self-feeding as withdrawn by hand until supply is depleted. Unit may be reloaded with a partial load in-place and will continue to feed properly. Unit is manually reloaded with paper towel by open the front locking door on schedule determined by maintenance requirements. Locking door prevents unauthorized access or removal. Capacity is 475 standard multi-fold or 350 standard C-fold paper towels.

Unit to be surface mounted at desired or specified location on wall or partition using four (4) No. 8 self-tapping pan head screws through concealed keyhole slotted mounting holes provided. For compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines, install unit so that centerline of dispenser slot is a maximum of 48” (1219mm) above finished floor if clear floor access if provided or a maximum of 46” (1168mm) above finished floor if side reach over an obstruction only is provided. Provide a 5’’ (125mm) minimum clearance from bottom of dispenser to top of any horizontal projection to provide room for dispensing from bottom.
